Someone asked me a few days ago if I still shoot street photography because many of the recent photos that I’ve posted are abstract street. The answer is most definitely yes! I shoot street, abstract street and lens-based-art. These photos were taken during a private photo tour in Jackson Heights, Queens.
Afternoon Walk was taken on a recent photo tour in Jackson Heights, Queens. I have not created a page for it yet. But you can request to do a photo tour there. I will also be creating a street photography workshop there in the near future. In the meantime you can see the Jackson Heights photo gallery.
The Bronx is great for street photography. Unlike Manhattan, there are many elevated train tracks in the Bronx. You can see a collection of photos that I took there during a recent photo tour.
I am in the process of creating a street photography workshop there and also to include information for private photo tours there. You can request a photo tour there by contacting me.
Street photography is not just one style. It comes in many different forms. Reflections are one of them.
The Lower East Side is a photographically rich neighborhood for photography. You can still find remnants of the past there such as hand painted store signs. I have photo tours in the Lower East Side year round.
