New York City wasn’t built in a day. Every different neighborhood has its own character. The city has so much beautiful architecture in many different styles as a result. This photo was taken in the East Village and is a cast iron architecture building like the 200 or so in Soho. My photo tours concentrate on architecture if that’s what you’re looking to capture, just inquire.

Soho is one of the best areas in New York City for street photography. I have a street photography workshop there on Sunday 11 August. Whether you are new to street or a regular, there’s something for you. You can register online.
Each neighborhood in New York City has its own characteristics. I typically like to process my photos taken in Soho in color. It is very much about the spirit of place. If you’re interested in learning street photography or learning some new tricks, my next street photography workshop is in Soho on 2 June.
Soho hasn’t always been so busy. In the 1980s there wasn’t much reason to go there. Now Soho is one of the coolest places in the city. And it’s oh so fun for street photography. My next street photography workshop in Soho is on June 2nd. Not to be missed.
The next Street Photography Workshop in Soho is on Sunday 2 June. You can register online. A few places still available. Soho is always lots of fun!
